Treasure Sands is a development where we furnished the models to be sold as move in ready homes. We’ve done 23 homes for this developer and he contends it greatly aids in selling the homes. We have an ongoing relationship with this developer and continue to furnish homes for him at budget and within the time frame allotted. This is our most basic design for our area of the coast.
